One day I decided to use a fresh Dandelion and Parsley leaves from my garden for great fresh salad. This is a very handy use of all those annoying dandelions growing in your yard. Of course just so long as you don’t have a dog or cat. Ideal is when it’s growing on your own garden and you are sure it’s clean.
Benefits of Dandelion: Vitamins A, B, C and D, minerals such as iron, calcium, zinc, potassium and phosphorus. I like Dandelion so much because it’s a great herb. You can use it in many different ways:
- tea from flowers
- coffee from roots
- salad from leaves
- juice form flowers
Benefits of Parsley: Vitamin A, B, C and K, minerals such as calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and vanadium.
- fresh dandelion
- fresh parsley
- olive oil
- lemon juice
I took a few dandelions and cut some parsley form my garden.
After Clean well and place dandelion greens and parsley in a salad bowl. Add carrot, lemon juice, Olive oil and salt.
Put in a few sunflower seeds and mix everything together. Dandelion and Parsley salad is finished and ready to serve.
