Here’s a simple Candida Breakfast recipe to use on your Candida diet. Fresh vegetable and eggs give you a power for all day!
I used: cooked egg, oat snacks, cucumber, radish, spring onion, lettuce, avocado, Olive Oil and salt
I chopped all the vegetables, added a little of Olive Oil, salt and some cooked egg. We love to eat this salad with pure Oat crackers.
