Tasty Baked Quinoa in Cabbage leaves as a Candida lunch or diner recipe. This vegetarian Candida dish is full of vitamins.

I used: Quinoa, Cabbage, Aubergine, Tomatoes, Parsley, Onion, Salt, Olive Oil
I cut the Cabbage, Aubergine, Tomatoes, Parsley and Onion.
Onion, aubergine and parsley quickly fried on olive Oil. After a few minutes, I added cooked Quinoa, salt and mixed everything together. Fry it 5 min. with Quinoa.
I separated carefully a few leaves of Cabbage and I gave them for 5 minutes into boiling water.
I put two spoon of my previously made mass into cooked leaf an roll it.
Leaf remained nicely packed. I helped myself with toothpick. Than I stacked rolls into baking dish, added a little water, salt, dried sweet peppers, black pepper, oil and few half cut tomatoes.
After 20 min. in 190 °C of baking my Baked Quinoa rolls were finished. Fantastic taste.
