Baked Buckwheat

Buckwheat is an excellent source of nutrients.  Great feedstock for Candida diet.  Let’s try bake it with vegetable.

I used: cooked Buckwheat, cooked Broccoli, 2 egg, onion, garlic, celery, zucchini, Olive oil, salt. I chopped everything and cook the Buckwheat and Broccoli.


I mixed everything together and put into the glass backing dish. After approx. 20 min. of backing at 190°C I pulled it out of the oven and added two mashed eggs.


After eggs I let it backed another 15 min. Sometimes I cooked without many spices because of my daughter. But in this recipe is good to use dried herbs as: Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Parsley …


My Baked Buckwheat is done. Taste really good. Simple, fast, healthy and without hard working 🙂 mmmmm we like it!!!
